String Theory: A Sewing Workshop

Thursday, Jun. 13
5:00pm - 6:00pm

From creating with your hands a fashion statement piece, to mending your favorite shirt when a tear happens, you can learn how to stitch yourself back together and sew seeds of new friendships. Work together and separately on projects to learn a set of skills to carry with you in your life in your sweet new pockets. Bring your projects from week to week and build something beautiful over time.

All skill levels welcome! Materials provided.

This workshop is open to queer and trans folks and their allies, ages 13-25. For more info contact our Peer Intern, River, at: rharris@fcservices.org
